Markets we serve

Moon Bazaar supplies forensics, robotics, quantum security and AI systems to government and institutional buyers across sixteen markets in the Gulf, the Levant, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Every request is quoted as a formal document with delivery terms, training man-hours and installation stated per line.

Gulf Cooperation Council

United Arab Emirates · Saudi Arabia · Qatar · Kuwait · Bahrain · Oman

Moon Bazaar is operated by Moon X Limited from Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, which places the Gulf Cooperation Council inside our home market. Quotations for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are issued as formal Request for Quotation documents naming the destination city and the applicable Incoterm under INCOTERMS 2020.

Freight into the GCC moves through established air and sea routes into UAE ports, with onward road movement across the region. Import permits and customs clearance are carried by the buying institution unless a tender specifies otherwise, and the quotation states which party is responsible rather than leaving it implied.

Training man-hours and on-site installation are quoted per line item rather than bundled into a single figure, so a procurement committee can see exactly what each element costs. Correspondence, quotation documents and the catalogue itself are available in Arabic and English.

Levant and Iraq

Jordan · Iraq

Jordan and Iraq are served from the same Abu Dhabi operation, with quotations issued in the same formal document structure used across every market: named destination city, Incoterm under INCOTERMS 2020, validity period, and training and installation stated per line item.

Deliveries into the Levant and Iraq are routed according to the Incoterm agreed on the quotation. Where an institution's procurement rules require delivery to a named facility rather than a port or airport, that is set on the request before the quotation is prepared, so the delivery terms on the document match the tender rather than needing renegotiation afterwards.

Import licensing for forensic and security equipment in these markets is handled by the buying institution, which normally holds the end-user authority the licence is issued against. Documentation and quotations are provided in Arabic and English.

North Africa

Egypt · Libya · Tunisia · Morocco

Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Morocco are quoted from Abu Dhabi under the same document standard as every other market. Each Request for Quotation names the destination city and country, the Incoterm under INCOTERMS 2020, and the validity period of the offer.

Routing into North Africa is by sea or air depending on the item and the agreed Incoterm; configurable platforms such as laboratory builds and vehicle-mounted systems are scoped on the request before quotation, because their delivery form materially changes both freight and installation.

Training man-hours are quoted explicitly for each item that carries them, and on-site installation is quoted where the item supports it, so an institution can budget commissioning separately from the equipment itself. Arabic, English and French are supported across correspondence, the catalogue and the quotation document, French covering the Maghreb markets directly.

Sub-Saharan Africa

Kenya · Nigeria · South Africa · Ethiopia

Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and Ethiopia are served on the same terms as the rest of the catalogue's markets. Quotations are issued as formal documents stating the destination city and country, the Incoterm under INCOTERMS 2020, the validity period, and training and installation per line item.

Because deployment distances in this region are larger and commissioning is often the deciding cost, configurable platforms are scoped before quotation rather than after: the delivery form of a laboratory or mobile system is set on the request, and the freight and installation lines follow from it.

Import permits and customs clearance for forensic and security equipment are carried by the buying institution, which holds the end-user authority in these markets. Quotation documents and platform correspondence are available in English, and now in Swahili for Kenya and Amharic for Ethiopia.
